Villa Petit Lac with Pool

Villa Petit Lac is a villa with pool and also close to the marina where you can hire a boat mooring.  This comfortable villa with pool is situated on the south shore of the lake in the small community of Doussard.  The south shore has it’s own out-of-the-way charm, a tennis club and nature reserve are nearby and the paragliders land here from the mountains that ring the area.  Also nearby is the cycle path that rings the lake and the beach-like lake shore itself and the boat taxi service jetty into Annecy.  Villa Petit Lac is a modern 5 bedroom villa with pool  that has great views of the lake. The Cycle track is behind the house so you can safely go cycling with kids all the way to Annecy Old town.

This lovely Villa with pool comprises a ground floor lounge that extends to a veranda, kitchen and one double bedroom with an en-suite shower.  Also on the ground floor is a WC.  On the first floor there are four bedrooms (2 doubles, 2 twins).  Two of the bedrooms share a balcony with a view of the lake.  There is a separate shower and WC.

Outside, the 8m by 4m pool stays a steady 28 degrees all summer, there is a BBQ and sun shade, dining table and table tennis table.

The Villa has plenty of private parking for up to 3 cars. For shopping there is a bakery within walking distance and a short drive away is the village of Doussard where you can find a supermarket and other village shops including a pharmacie.  If you fancy a boat trip there is a ferry boat stop withing walking distance of the house and the boat takes you to Annecy old town stopping at other villages along the way. On th way back the ferry boast goes along the otherside of the lake visiting the historic villages of Veyrier du Lac, Menthon St Bernard and finally Talloires before returing to Bout du Lac.
