The new flagship hotel in the town of Annecy is founded on an exceptional heritage. The main building was built in 1820 as the local alms house. It was preserved during the demolition of the former hospital and has been majestically renovated by architect Christian de Portzamparc. It has now been joined by another building that blends perfectly into the atmosphere of the site, completing the Pelican Hotel’s range of rooms and suites.
The floors are home to 95 rooms (Classic, Superior, Prestige and four-person Mezzanine) and 6 premium suites (Executive suites, a Pelican Lake suite, and an immersive Experience suite). The most exclusive spaces boast breath-taking panoramic views over Lake Annecy and the surrounding mountains.
