Mezzanine with TV and also extra sleeping area. Through the bay window in the lounge and dining area you will have access onto a large terrace with built in BBQ overlooking the lake. There is also a landscaped garden which leads to the lake and pontoon. The house has a laundry room equipped with a washing machine.
