One parking space in front of the house This is an old village house with beamed ceilings, immediately adjacent to the village church. 4 bedroom house on three levels with the main accommodation situated on the first and second floor. The ground floor contains a spacious entrance hallway, laundry (washing machine) and bike storage area. The first floor contains one spacious living/ kitchen area with fireplace and access to the first floor balcony (view on the Roc de Chere), two bedrooms (1 double and one bedroom with two single beds) the double bedroom also having access to the balcony. There is one bathroom (bath/shower and sink) and a separate toilet. The second floor comprises two bedrooms each with two single beds, one of them having access to the second floor balcony (view of the village roofs and mountain tops). There is also one bathroom (bath/shower and sink) and another separate toilet. All amenities are on the doorstep (supermarket, cafes, boulangerie etc....) and only 5 mn walk from the lake with beautiful harbour, sailing club, waterskiing, beach and restaurants. Ideal for families with children and teenagers as they can be totally independent. Beautiful 18 hole golf course overlooking the lake is only 5 mn drive away. Mountain walks, cycle paths and hand gliding nearby. |
