Villa Number 17 in Veyrier du Lac is the perfect Lake Annecy Villa to share with your family and friends.  Veyrier du Lac is a beautiful lakeside village on the shores of this wonderful alpine lake. This lake annecy villa sleeps up to 12 to 14  people in comfort and has the benefit of being situated only 200 metres from the lake. There are lots of facilities close by including a beach with life guards and a small port area where you can take a boat trip on the lake.  The villa is also close to local shops and several nice restaurants. There are tennis courts and cycle hire near by to the house. The lake Annecy Villa Number 17 Veyrier is a spacious detached house set in a lovely large lawned garden. Villa Number 17 Veyrier is situated close to the lake which is accessible via a private footpath down two flights of steps. There is a private pontoon which is shared with the four neighbours  villas which share the cul de sac of Pre aux Moines. Overall the house has 6 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 11 people. There are 2 bedrooms in the separated garden level apartments 1 en suite double and 1 twin with its own large shower room. There is a lounge area  with kitchen and the room opens on to a private patio. Up stairs on the mid level which has exterior access by a short flight of steps at the rear of the house and by internal stairs from the garden apartment below there is a full kitchen , large dining area and a sitting room, a covered open air terrace for eating al fresco and at the rear a double bedroom and a seperate bathroom and toilet. On the top floor there are 3 bedrooms 2 proper en suite double bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom with a three quarter size bed. There are 2 bathrooms and a shower room on this level. Close by to Villa Number 17 Veyrier du Lac there is a public beach, pretty port area and 3 or 4 restaurants all within and short flat walk away. The village centre is a 15 minute walk which is up hill going and down hill coming back.      The lake water temperature is 23 degrees in summer and very pure water so a pool with chemicals in isn’t for everyone.  Swimming in the lake gives you a special feeling.

The house can be rented as the whole house which is 6 bedrooms or as part of the house when available as either the 2 bedroom garden apartment or the 4 bedroom villa. Prices on request.
