1. The above rental prices are in Euros for 7 days rental period starting Saturday 1600 hrs until the following Saturday 1000 hrs.
2. Linen and towels are not included unless stated and the rental cost is 25 euro = £20 per person per week including delivery.
3. Cleaning charges are not included and thus you are expected to clean the house thoroughly prior to checking out. If you wish to pay for cleaning services at the end of your stay this can be arranged. Cleaning charges vary depending on the size and nature of the property.
4. Baby cots and high chairs are available on request prices for cot inc sheets 50 euro high chair 25 euro. Inc delivery.
5. A damage deposit is collected prior to your stay and the amount varies according to the size and nature of the property. This deposit is returnable so long as the house is left in a satisfactory state and that no damage to the house or contents have been caused.
6. An additional charge is levied to cover local taxes (taxe de sejour) this is currently 1 euro per person per day.
7. Boat moorings can be arranged on request and the cost is approximately 150 euro per week. This amount can vary according to the precise location of the boat mooring.
8. All bookings must be confirmed with a non refundable deposit of 30% and the balance is due 12 weeks prior to the rental start date. Thus where bookings are made within 12 weeks of the rental period then 100% is payable.
9. Cancellation charges, if you cancel more than 12 weeks prior to the rental start date you will forfeit the full 30 % deposit amount. If you cancel after the balance has been paid then you will forfeit the full 100% of the invoice. We strongly recommend that you have adequate insurance to cover against the possibility holiday cancellation.
10. Taxis and car rental can be arranged from the transit points at Geneva , Lyon airports and Annecy railway station. Prices are available on request.
