Directly on the lakeside at Duingt which is 10 km south of Annecy on the western lakeshore. The cycle track runs along the lake and close to the residence.

General description. This is a lakeside resort residence which is accredited as 4 star. All apartments are fully equipped and fitted out to a very high standard with satelite T.V. and internet access. There are 5 types of apartments from studiod 1, 2 AND 3 bedrooms. The residence has a full time reception, bar area, conference facilities, lakeside tapas style bar restaurant and pontoon with lake moorings.
