The house is on three levels
all newly converted to a high level, with accommodation on the top floor
living area on the middle level and a combination of accommodation and
utilities on the bottom level.
TOP FLOOR
Bedroom 1
Master double bedroom with en suite bathroom 1 with bath and shower
attachment. New automated roof velux window to give added light.
Bedroom 2
Twin-bedded room (each bed is actually a small double), large dormer
window giving views of the valley south.
Bedroom 3
Double bedroom with large dormer window giving views of the valley south.
Bathroom 2 with its own shower cubicle, bath and sizeable storage space.

All the bedrooms have new fitted carpets, are light and comfortable,
have wood ceilings and lovely views.
MIDDLE FLOOR
The ground floor is semi open plan but with a separate entrance lobby
with a WC and small hand basin.
There is a newly fitted out sitting room that sits 8 comfortably. This
room contains a large stone semi central wood burning fire-place and
satellite TV which receives English and French programmes. The large
window areas make this room light with great views to the west.
There is a formal dining room that can accommodate 10 people. This opens
out onto the large east facing rear terrace (best for morning sun and
lunchtime barbeques).
There is also a more casual breakfast area (for 5 / 6) backing onto
an extremely well-equipped kitchen with cooker, full length fridge-freezer,
dishwasher and microwave oven.
LOWER FLOOR
Bedroom 4
A lovely twin-bedded room with wood flooring and which opens up onto
its own terrace. This terrace has been newly created to benefit from
the afternoon and early evening sunshine. The terrace is bordered with
plants with an automatic watering system and can also be accessed from
the kitchen on the middle floor by steps from the balcony at the front
of the house.
Also on this floor, is the boiler-room that houses a washing machine
and tumble drier. The central heating and hot water systems are new
and state of the art.
There is an integral garage for one car with automatic door.
We've personally owned this house for more than 10 years and have always
loved its character, but have recently completed a major renovation
with new bathrooms and heating and redecorated it throughout to make
it even more comfortable.
